Three Covers

That's the cover for our Blue Grimoire. Volume One will round-up all the spells from our blog, add-in a few more, and give you some additional resources based on spell-casting in Wermspittle.

This is the raw cover for one of Bujilli's infamous Little Brown Journals. It will contain spells and other resources that have appeared in the course of Bujilli's adventures, as well as a host of new stuff that may or may not be made available to Bujilli based upon what the readers decide.

...and here is the working cover for The Toxic Tomb of Gadra, an adventure we should have ready to go within a few days.

    1. Thanks. I try to stay busy when I'm not sick. It keeps me out of trouble, usually...

  2. I second that - the pace is one thing, but the quality at that pace is something else.

The Grimoire cover is nastier on a closer look for sure, and the blue almost suggests a glow and seems to add depth, as if placing the reader actually in front of the surface, and maybe inside a dreamscape. Also, I like the idea of the Little Brown Journals becoming actual little brown journals, crossing over. The cover does look the part. And that's a great basis for an adventure cover too - it's very much your style and very clear on the content.

    1. I lost a lot of time being ill, so I'm trying to make up for it now. There are a lot of things here that I'd like to get done once and for all. I'm pretty happy with the Blue Grimoire cover, for the most part. There is a definite dream-type connection there. I'm happy to make at least one of the notorious little brown journals 'real' like this, if only to add to the mix of options and possibilities for Bujilli...

  3. Love the "Ugly Chicken" logo on the Grimoire. A nice Waldropian touch.

    1. It may be ugly, but it's a Dodo. They're not extinct in Wermspittle...at least not yet...people tend to eat quite a lot of them in the Winter, as they are easier to catch than the penguins...
